Mental Health Awareness Week ran from 14th-20th May, with 2018’s theme being stress; something all of us are likely to have experienced at some stage in our lives.

There were countless events and articles written on the topic across the week, containing useful insight and practical advice on managing stress, both at work and in our personal lives.
