Bloom is a professional network for women in communications. We believe that the communications industry should be one in which all women can achieve their potential.



Women in Advertising and Communications, London (WACL) has been in existence since 1923. It currently consists of 160 of the most senior women from the fields of advertising and communications, marketing, media and associated trade bodies.


Creative Equals
In the UK, just 12% of creative directors in the advertising industry are female. In film, the number is 11.5% at director level and in design the figures mirror, at about 11.5%. To continue to create real change within the creative industry, Creative Equals – an organisation dedicated to diversity and inclusion in the sector


Creative Access
Creative Access fills a gap in the current creative landscape by helping young people from black, Asian and other non-white minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds, to secure paid training opportunities in creative companies, and supporting them into full-time employment.

Pride in London
Pride in London (formally known as Pride London) is an annual LGBT pride festival and parade held each summer in London. It is one of the longest running in the country and attracts an estimated one million visitors to the city.
